VIP-boxes

"Minsk-Arena" invites guests to enjoy sports and cultural shows of the season 2012/2013 in a convenient, comfortable  VIP-boxes.

VIP-box is an isolated cozy room from 32 to 60 m2. 
Capacity: 14 to 36 people.

The room has all the necessary furniture and equipment: a dining table with chairs, LCD TV, built-in mini-bar, coffee machine, freezer, electric kettle, Wi-Fi. Each box has a service room and toilet, as well as a private balcony on the podium with armchairs.

you have a right to use it at any time convenient for you;
possibility to use box for all reasons of  company:  birthdays, office parties, meetings and negotiations with business partners, presentations, trainings, seminars and workshops;
hot meals and drinks are both prior to and during the event;
free parking for your car (1 parking space for 4 people);
separate entrance to the arena (VIP-1), meet and escort visitors;
providing children's room at the event (free for VIP-clients);
possibility to lease equipment (projector, DVD-player, laptop);
security;
electronic access to the box;
name plates on the doors of the box;


You can buy a VIP-box for following events:

an individual event (concerts),
 hockey matches "Dynamo" (Minsk) - 26 games of the regular season KHL
all events in the "Arena"  ( during the term of the contract, from 1 month to 3 years).
 

Calendar of events for season 2012/2013:

hockey games "Dynamo" (Minsk) in the KHL - 26 games;
friendly matches of ice hockey national team of Belarus;
basketball games "Tsmoki-Minsk" in the VTB United League - 10 games;
concerts of Russian and international performers (6-7 concerts, star names are kept secret);
Christmas ice shows (5-6 events).
